A copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate must be provided for a function to be confirmed.
External smoke machines, pyrotechnics, single-use plastic cutlery, jumping castles, and animals, with the exception of Guide Dogs.
All audio-visual equipment requests must be discussed and approved by Bayside Church's Production Manager.
* The Functions Team staff will be available by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will endeavour to reply within 48 hours, excluding weekends.
